Our store is hosted on Wix.com LTD, they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Our contract with you.
Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us.

You can pay for products and services on our website using a debit or credit card or PayPal.

If you wish to pay using PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page to complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up at the PayPal login page before completing your order.
After you place an order for a product, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted, we will confirm our acceptance by sending you an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.
Should you wish to purchase a service, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your request. This does not mean that your order has been accepted, we will confirm our acceptance by contacting you and requesting details of the service and information for shipping or drop off.
If we are unable to supply you with a product or service or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we will inform you of this by email as soon as possible and we will not proceed with your order. When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address specified in your order as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the website.
All purchases from the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filling any claim with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Should a product you have sent to us to receive a service be damaged or lost in transit on its way back to you, we will cover up to £200GBP in compensation.
International shipping options, for both products and services, are available and the cost is fully covered by the customer for both purchases and returns.
Duties and taxes.
You are responsible for duties and taxes outside the United Kingdom. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national law. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break such law.
Your rights to end the contract.
You can always end your contract with us.
Exercising your right to change your mind (consumer contracts regulations 2013).
You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days from the date on which you (or someone on your behalf) receives the product.
Your rights when you end the contract will depend on whether there is anything wrong with the product, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract.
How to end the contract with us.
Tell us you want to end the contract by emailing us at the email address specified in the "Contact Us" page on our website. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and your phone number and email address.
Returning products after ending the contract.
If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. Please refer to our returns section on our Delivery and Returns page on our website.
We agree to pay the cost of returns if the products are faulty or misdescribed. In all other circumstances, you must pay the costs of return.
Our rights to end the contact.
We might end the contract if you break it.
This may be because of the following:
A) You do not make payment to us when this is due.
B) You do not allow us to deliver the products to you.
You must compensate us if you break the contract and whilst we will refund you for the products price, you may incur a charge for the delivery or any other additional payment we may have incurred because of you breaking the contract.
Price and payment.
The price of the product will be the price indicated on the order page when you place the order.
If we process your order where a pricing error is obvious, unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we might end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any products provided to you. We accept payment by various credit or debit cards and PayPal. You must pay for the products in full including delivery costs when you place your order.
Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you.
Should a product that you sent us to receive a service be damaged or lost in transit on its way back to you, we will cover up to £200GBP in compensation. We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time of the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example if you discussed it with us during the sale.
